swimming
Hi folks, I see the next swim session is fri 30th at lemner pool (my local) so just a quickie will anyone be there? I made some progress with my freestyle in that I watched youtube videos of how to do it and brought some zoggs. So armed with this I had a raz in the pool (monday) heaven only knows what I looked like as it sure didn't feel very coordinated but at least I had a bash, however I will admit I need help not with swimming but the technique. cheers Griff
Griff - I dont think you will find any one at Lemna on Fridays until late September.
Most of the Tri Club swim in Bodenham Lake - open water through the summer on Friday evenings.
Some have been brave enough recently to go without a wet suit.
Turn up about 6.15pm if you are interested - you are sure to be welcome

Stu is right, most of us go to the lake through the Summer and go back to the pool when it starts to get a bit chilly!!!
If you can make it, we hire the Hereford Pool on a Tuesday night between 9-10pm, and our coach Jules does nothing but technique work.

Thanks lads, I think tue night swim are right up my street. Although the lake seems fun It would be better for me to do some homework in the pool so the others wont have to baby me in their traing sessions. Do memebers pay subs at the pool and if so how much?
